Speaker 1 (00:00):
Good morning. Checking the headlines. An aviation lawyer says he is expecting phone calls from Australian passengers that were injured in that terrifying Singapore Airlines flight. Eight Australians were hospitalized when the plane plummeted during turbulence, it also killed a British man. Peter Carter from Carter Capner Law says people should be eligible for compensation.
Peter Carter (00:23):
Limit of compensation. If it’s proven injury it’s $260,000; only for what you can prove. Some people will have very minor injuries. Some people will have serious injuries, and some people will have serious injuries that are worth well more than that.
