Background
Peter Carter holds the degrees of BA, LLB (Hons) and BCL. He is a Queensland Law Society accredited specialist, and his special areas of interest are aviation law, tourism and travel law, and compensation law.
He has led and grown Carter Capner Law as a small business, and brings a practical understanding of the legal and commercial needs of people in business to the claims he runs.

Outside work
Peter holds a single-engine private pilot’s licence with a command instrument rating, which he brings to the aviation matters he runs.
