The Fresh News update. An aviation and accident lawyer has revealed the victims of the Sea World helicopter tragedy may get no compensation. Peter Carter of Carter Capner Law says, “There’s no requirement for commercial operators to ensure against claims of psychological injuries, so witnesses and the good Samaritans who helped on January 2, can’t recoup the costs for mental anguish.

Speaker 1 (00:20):
Those who are directly involved could miss out on financial help because of another legal loophole.

Peter Carter (00:25):
If they argue that travelling in a light aircraft, or a helicopter, is a dangerous activity, they can get complete immunity and not have to pay out anything.
