Carter Capner partner Ian Brown told the Bundaberg Hospital Patient Support Group meeting this week negotiations over the compensation process for victims of Dr Jayant Patel were moving forward.

Mr Brown told the support group he expected “sticking points” over the Special Process for victims were likely to be resolved soon after positive meetings with Attorney General Linda Lavarch.

Bundaberg Base Hospital District Manager Monica Seth also addressed the meeting held at the Bundaberg Brothers Sports Club on Thursday night.
