Speaker 1 (00:00):
in Brisbane, Chevonne Fey, 9News.

Speaker 2 (00:02):
Boeing is once again under intense scrutiny after dozens were injured when a plane plummeted midair during a flight from Sydney to Auckland. Passengers are still searching for an explanation for the sudden drop. Aviation lawyer, Peter Carter, has told the Today Show, those injured should be up for compensation, even if they weren’t wearing a seatbelt.

Speaker 3 (00:22):
People move around the aircraft, they’re entitled to do that. They’re entitled to go to the lavatory and return. Not [00:00:30] having a seatbelt on is no bar to a claim. And it shouldn’t ever be.
