And a former NRL player has launched a multimillion-dollar lawsuit against the Manly Sea Eagles after suffering heat stroke at pre-season training in 2017. Lawyers for Lloyd Perrett believe he’s owed lost earnings because he was denied water and the lasting effects of heat stroke cut short his career. Carter Capner Law director Peter Carter says the consequences have been catastrophic.
