Thuy Le, a 49-year-old mother and co-owner of the Erskine Park Bakery in NSW, tragically died following a workplace accident, leaving the local community and her family in mourning.

Thuy Le was found unconscious in her bakery on Swallow Dr and Peppertree Dr around 9 am on Saturday. Despite immediate medical attention and being rushed to Nepean Hospital, she unfortunately passed away. The exact circumstances of the accident, suspected to be an electrocution, are still being clarified.
