Holland America Replaces Tracy Arm with Endicott Arm in Alaska Itineraries – March 2026

Holland America Line has revised its Alaska cruise itineraries for the 2026 season, removing scenic cruising in Tracy Arm Fjord and replacing it with Endicott Arm Fjord. The adjustment follows persistent ice conditions and geological instability in Tracy Arm that have rendered safe vessel access impractical for the 2026 season.

The substitution maintains a comparable scenic cruising experience within the same glacial system, with Endicott Arm offering navigable waters, wildlife viewing opportunities, and glacier access similar to the original destination.

All scheduled scenic cruising through Tracy Arm Fjord has been removed from Holland America's 2026 Alaska program, affecting all departures for the season. Endicott Arm Fjord has been introduced as the replacement destination, featuring views of Dawes Glacier, known for active calving during the cruise season. The decision follows persistent ice conditions that limited safe vessel access and geological instability triggered by a landslide in August 2025 that altered fjord conditions.
