Circumstances:
**A catastrophic collision occurred at Tokyo-Haneda Airport involving Japan Airlines flight JL516, an Airbus A350-941, and a Japan Coast Guard DHC-8 aircraft. The A350, landing on runway 34R, struck the Coast Guard aircraft, resulting in severe damage to both planes and a subsequent fire. Five Coast Guard crew members were killed, and 15 passengers on the A350 suffered minor injuries. The collision is under investigation, with initial reports suggesting possible confusion in air traffic control communications and unserviceable stop bar lights at the taxiway.**
