Incident Overview

On Wednesday, September 21, 2022, a fatal single-vehicle crash occurred in Highgate Hill, Queensland, when a BMW 220i struck a traffic control light and tree on Gladstone Road near the intersection of Dornoch Terrace. The 57-year-old driver from Coorparoo, the sole occupant of the vehicle, was pronounced deceased at the scene.

Queensland Police attended and secured the scene. The Forensic Crash Unit has commenced a full investigation into the circumstances of the collision.
