- Injured: Male driver, 34, from North Lakes – transported to Royal Brisbane Hospital in a stable condition
Crash Description
Initial reports indicate the Nissan Skyline struck a pole at the intersection. Emergency services attended, but the passenger could not be revived. The driver was stabilised and transported for further treatment.
Investigation
The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating the cause of the crash. Authorities are appealing for anyone with relevant CCTV or dashcam footage to assist with the inquiry.
