Incident Overview
A fatal single-vehicle crash occurred at Glenore Grove on Saturday night, August 30, 2025. Preliminary investigations indicate that just after 8:30 pm, a white Toyota Landcruiser travelling east on the Warrego Highway left the road and crashed near the Laidley Creek Bridge. The driver and sole occupant, a 67-year-old man from Regency Downs, exited the vehicle before succumbing to his injuries nearby. Emergency services were called the following evening, on August 31, after reports of an abandoned vehicle. A police search located the man’s body a short distance from the crash site.
