The facts about Callum’s Work Accident Case
Callum was employed by a labour hire company to complete road works in Loganlea. He directed by the foreman to assist him in lifting and rolling out a roll of geo fabric weighting approx. 100kg onto the road surface. When lifting one end of the roll, the foreman unexpectedly let go of his end without any warning, causing injury to Callum’s left wrist.
