The facts about Taj’s Work Accident Case
Taj suffered injuries in the course of his employment. Taj was maneuvering a large terracotta-style pot, from an upper shelf to a lower shelf. As he reached up with his arms extended out and above his head, he felt his right shoulder give way and shooting pain down his back. Taj had no knowledge the pots were filled with smaller pots, stacked inside. He received injuries to the right shoulder rotator cuff and lumbar strain.
There was a contest of liability and various delays caused by the Defendants. The claim concluded at conference without the need for delay in a third-party proceeding.*
