In May 2023, the CDC reported that a Norovirus outbreak on a voyage from May 15 to 25 affected a total of 80 passengers (3.81%) and 19 crew (1.95%). The most prevalent symptom was diarrhea.
The ship departed New York City (Bayonne, New Jersey) on a 10-day Bermuda cruise, making stops in Oak Bluffs (Martha’s Vineyard Island, Massachusetts; May 16), Bermuda (Kings Wharf; May 18-19; overnight), and South Carolina (Charleston; May 21-22; overnight).
