Itinerary changes
The ship's departure to Mykonos was delayed, and the originally scheduled visit to Kavala, Greece, was cancelled entirely. Celebrity Cruises evaluated a revised itinerary that replaced the July 11 sea day with a visit to Mykonos, pending final confirmation. Despite disruptions, the cruise remained on track to disembark in Piraeus, Athens, on July 12 as originally planned.

Celebrity Cruises provided onboard credits to all guests based on stateroom category:

- US$400 for balcony cabins
- US$600 for deluxe suites
- US$50 per third/fourth passenger in each stateroom
Passengers commended crew communication efforts and the availability of basic services during the blackout. Although disappointed by the missed port calls, most guests expressed understanding and praised the crew's professionalism and transparency.
