Details of the Incident
The accused individuals, identified as Michael F. Emmanuel, 35; Tyrisha Delgado, 38; Devin Jones, 28; and Quentin Marcellus Tuck, 32, were apprehended after trying to secure large cash advances at the MSC Magnifica’s Atlantic City Casino. They were discovered using counterfeit credit cards not only to fund their gambling but also to purchase their tickets for the cruise.
Legal Proceedings and Casino Operations Upon detection of the fraudulent activities, ship security coordinated with U.S. Customs and Border Protection, who in turn alerted the Bahamian authorities.
