Circumstances:

**During a routine training flight, a Piper PA-28-181 Archer III experienced a stall and subsequent wing strike shortly before its intended landing on runway 10L at Brisbane-Archerfield Airport. The aircraft sustained significant damage, impacting its left wing, stabilator, empennage, nose gear, and resulted in a prop strike. The sole occupant, a student pilot, managed to bring the aircraft to rest facing the opposite direction on the ground between runway 10L and taxiway Alpha without injury. The incident is under review to determine the exact cause and to evaluate training and operational protocols.**
