Circumstances:
**During a routine training exercise as part of Exercise Pitch Black 2024, an Italian Air Force Eurofighter Typhoon encountered an unknown issue and crashed in the Douglas Daly region of the Northern Territory, Australia. The pilot managed to eject safely before the aircraft was destroyed. He was subsequently rescued and is reported to be in good health after medical evaluations.
