What happened
On Friday, 6 February 2026, a Cessna 210N Centurion II registered VH-RDH and operated by Goolwa Air Pty Ltd crashed into the sea off the Murray Mouth near Goolwa South, South Australia. The aircraft was on a private flight en route when the occurrence took place at approximately 16:25 local time. The pilot and two passengers on board were fatally injured, and the aircraft was destroyed.
The circumstances surrounding the crash remain under investigation. The aircraft went down in waters off the Murray Mouth, and the exact sequence of events leading to the accident has not yet been established.
