Circumstances:

**A tragic collision at Tokyo-Haneda Airport involved a Japan Coast Guard DHC-8-315Q MPA aircraft and Japan Airlines flight JL516, an Airbus A350-941. The DHC-8 was taxiing to transport supplies for earthquake relief when it collided with the landing A350. Five crew members of the DHC-8 were killed, and the surviving captain suffered severe burn injuries. The A350 sustained significant damage, but all 379 passengers evacuated safely with 15 minor injuries.
