Circumstances:
**A tragic collision at Tokyo-Haneda Airport involved a Japan Coast Guard DHC-8-315Q MPA aircraft and Japan Airlines flight JL516, an Airbus A350-941. The DHC-8 was taxiing to transport supplies for earthquake relief when it collided with the landing A350. Five crew members of the DHC-8 were killed, and the surviving captain suffered severe burn injuries. The A350 sustained significant damage, but all 379 passengers evacuated safely with 15 minor injuries. Investigations are ongoing to determine the cause of the collision, including examining ATC communications and airport stop bar lights.**
