Circumstances:
The aircraft departed Broome Airport from runway 10 for a charter flight to Anjo Peninsula–Truscott–Mungalalu Airport. Shortly after take-off, the aircraft was reported to have lost altitude during the initial climb.
The aircraft subsequently crashed in mangroves near Fisherman’s Bend at Roebuck Bay, near Broome. The aircraft was destroyed in the accident.
All seven occupants survived with injuries. Reports stated one occupant sustained serious injuries. The ATSB published an update relating to the accident.
