What happened

Incident Overview

On Saturday, March 2, 2024, a 28-year-old man sustained critical injuries in a single-vehicle motorcycle crash in Pialba, Queensland. Emergency services were called to the scene at approximately 7:45pm after the rider lost control and collided with the fence of a high school on Old Maryborough Road.

The injured man was transported to Hervey Bay Hospital for treatment of his critical injuries. Queensland Police Forensic Crash Unit attended the scene and commenced an investigation into the circumstances of the crash.
