On Saturday, 10 March 2024, a serious two-vehicle collision occurred on Anketell Road in Mandogalup, Perth, claiming the life of one driver and injuring two others. The crash involved a white Toyota HiLux utility and a silver Subaru Forester travelling in opposite directions, colliding just after 8:00 am local time.

Emergency services attended the scene and worked to extricate occupants from the vehicles. Despite their efforts, the 46-year-old driver of the Subaru was pronounced deceased at the scene.

Emergency Response

Emergency services attended the scene promptly following the collision. Crews worked to extricate occupants from both vehicles. Two injured occupants of the Toyota HiLux were transported to Royal Perth Hospital for treatment of their injuries.
