Incident Overview

Four people have died in a fiery head-on collision on Leach Highway in Cloverdale, Perth. The incident occurred early Monday morning, January 13, 2025, and involved a Toyota RAV4 and a taxi.

The crash happened around 3:40 am on Leach Highway in Cloverdale, Perth.

Vehicles Involved

The crash involved two vehicles: a Toyota RAV4 and a Toyota Camry taxi.

Crash Description

The Toyota RAV4 and the taxi collided head-on. The impact caused a fire, resulting in the deaths of all occupants in both vehicles.

Injuries/Fatalities

The driver of the RAV4, the 58-year-old male taxi driver, and two female taxi passengers (aged 56 and 81) were all killed in the crash.

Emergency Response

Emergency services attended the scene, but all occupants of both vehicles were pronounced dead.
