Incident Overview
A 40-year-old Mount Louisa man died after a truck and a yellow Suzuki motorcycle collided at Mount St John in Townsville early on Wednesday, 5 August 2026. Queensland Police said the rider was declared deceased at the scene, while the truck driver was not physically injured.

Emergency Response
The motorcycle rider was declared deceased at the crash scene. Queensland Police attended, and the truck driver was assessed as not physically injured.

Police Investigation
