A man has died following a single vehicle rollover south of St George today, Wednesday August 24.

A passing motorist came across the crash around 6.30am and raised the alarm.

Preliminary investigations reveal the 2017 white Isuzu D-MAX dual cab utility was travelling south along the Carnarvon Highway around 15klm past St George when it has left the road and rolled.

The male single occupant of the vehicle died at the scene from his injuries.

Forensic Crash Unit investigators are appealing for witnesses, especially those with dashcam vision of the crash, or the moments leading up to it to come forward.
