A 22-year-old woman has passed away following a single vehicle crash in Morgan Park tonight.

Initial investigations indicate the woman, the driver and sole occupant of the car, was travelling westbound on Warwick-Killarney Road around 7.55pm when the vehicle left the roadway.

She sustained critical injuries and was pronounced deceased at the scene.

Forensic Crash Unit is investigating.
