Charlestown Crash: Young Motorcyclist Killed in Pacific Highway Collision

A young motorcyclist has tragically died in a single-vehicle crash on the Pacific Highway in Charlestown, New South Wales, on Thursday, 14 June 2024. The rider, believed to be in his 20s, lost control of his motorcycle and collided with a light pole at approximately 7:20 pm in the Lake Macquarie area.

NSW Ambulance paramedics attended the scene immediately, but the young man could not be resuscitated and was pronounced dead at the scene. NSW Police have established a crime scene and are conducting a full investigation into the circumstances of the crash.
