The interim report on the Gold Coast helicopter crash that claimed four lives has blamed a communications failure between the two pilots. The Transport Safety Bureau says a final report may still be two years away because of the huge amount of evidence to go through. But Brisbane lawyer, Peter Carter, says Queensland laws make it difficult for victims of a crash to receive compensation.
