A male crew member was discovered deceased in his cabin on July 4, 2023, while the ship was operating in Alaska.

The individual (a citizen of the United Kingdom) worked as a Digital Specialist. His body was discovered in his cabin. According to reports, he visited the Infirmary on July 3 with persistent regurgitation.

The incident occurred during the seven-day “Alaska Cruise” (itinerary July 1-8, Whittier to Vancouver), which visited the Alaskan ports/destinations of Hubbard Glacier, Glacier Bay NP, Icy Strait Point/Hoonah, Juneau, and Ketchikan.
