Circumstances:
During circuit practice at Caloundra Airport, the pilot faced difficulties on the second touch-and-go landing. The plane landed hard, resulting in a bounce and delayed go-around, causing the aircraft’s nose wheel to hit the runway. The impact snapped the nose wheel, and the propeller made contact with the runway. After sliding about ten meters, the aircraft came to a halt. The pilot, despite the crash, managed to safely exit the aircraft and was found conscious and walking when emergency services arrived.
