Circumstances:
While landing at Nullagine Airport, the Royal Flying Doctor Service Pilatus PC-12/47E aircraft collided with a cow on the runway, causing substantial damage to the aircraft. Remarkably, the two occupants, including the pilot, were unharmed in the incident. The Australian Transport Safety Bureau (ATSB) is investigating the circumstances leading to this unusual collision to enhance safety measures and prevent future occurrences.
