Circumstances:
Multiple gliders were parked on the ground at Narromine when a severe storm passed through the area. The weather event caused significant impact to the aircraft on site.
Initial reports indicated that up to five gliders sustained substantial damage, with some described as destroyed. No pilots or crew members were present inside the aircraft at the time of the occurrence.
