The Forensic Crash Unit is appealing for a learner driver who they believe may be able to assist with investigations.

It is understood the driver was turning from Teviot Lane into Scott Lane prior to the collision.

Investigators believe the driver was not involved in the incident.

The driver, or anyone with information is urged to contact police.
