Incident Overview
Police are appealing for witnesses following a serious traffic crash in Port Curtis, Rockhampton, on Thursday, 4 December. Initial investigations indicate a black Yamaha YZF motorcycle collided with the rear of a white Nissan Patrol station wagon while travelling westbound on the Capricorn Highway. The motorcyclist sustained serious injuries and was transported to hospital. The occupants of the Nissan were uninjured. The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating.

    • 21-year-old Gracemere woman — Nissan passenger; not physically injured.
