Incident Overview
On September 25, 2024, a serious crash occurred along Rode Rd in Wavell Heights, Brisbane. A single vehicle struck a tree around 4:30 am, injuring three individuals.
Details of the Wavell Heights Crash
A man suffered life-threatening injuries and was transported to the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital. Two other individuals were also hospitalized, one in stable condition at the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital, and another at Prince Charles Hospital.
Traffic Disruptions and Emergency Response
Emergency services responded promptly, with paramedics and a High Acuity Response Unit attending the scene.

Queensland Police are investigating the cause of the crash, and anyone with relevant information is urged to contact authorities.
