The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating following a single vehicle fatal traffic crash in Running Creek this morning, February 27.

Initial investigations indicate around 9am, a grey Hyundai i30 was travelling northbound on Running Creek Road before it lost control and rolled, coming off Bell Bridge and into a creek.

The driver and sole occupant of the Hyundai i30, a 51-year-old Carina man, was declared deceased at the scene.

Witnesses or anyone with information is urged to contact police.

Investigations are ongoing.
