Police are investigating a fatal, single vehicle crash at Rodds Peninsular this afternoon.

Preliminary investigations indicate at 3pm the driver and sole occupant, a 19-year-old West Gladstone man, was driving a four-wheel drive wagon along the beach before it rolled.

Emergency services attended and the driver was pronounced deceased at the scene.

Investigations are ongoing.
