Police are appealing for dashcam footage to assist with investigations into a fatal motorbike traffic crash at Carindale on Brisbane’s southside this morning, November 1.

Initial investigations indicate a blue and white Suzuki motorcycle was travelling along Old Cleveland Road when it collided with a metal railing near the Scrub Road intersection around 10am.

The rider, a 26-year-old Capalaba man, sustained critical injuries and was declared deceased at the scene.

The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating the circumstances of the crash.

Anyone travelling along the road at that time with dashcam vision or information that may assist investigations is asked to contact police.
